Meet the newest member of our team, Kelly!

While Kelly has a strong passion for design and working with people, she has also discovered a love for project and process management. This passion led her to start her own freelancing business, Earth Eye Creative, where she empowers small business owners by streamlining workflows and handling behind-the-scenes tasks, allowing them to focus on what they love most.

This 12-week collaboration focuses on mutual professional growth and innovation. Kelly's passion for project management aligns perfectly with our commitment to efficiency and excellence. She'll gain experience working in our team-oriented environment, acquiring extensive knowledge of our unique process and exceptional product. By combining our strengths and expertise, we aim to foster innovation and achieve shared success.

When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting projects, capturing moments through photography, and exploring new restaurants. She loves immersing herself in new experiences, always looking for inspiration in the world around her.

We are excited to see how her talents contribute to our team’s success and look forward to the future ahead!

As two sisters working together, our story began over 25 years ago when our father built a relationship with the owner of a small Amish Furniture store located in Houston, Texas. Through getting to know the carpenters, their families and their craftsmanship, it became quite clear that the quality of the cabinetry they built was just as superior as their furniture. Within a short period of time, the cabinetry needs of our clients took over. The quality and price point were unmatched and our family’s business continued to grow.

In the spring of 2006, Amish Cabinets of Denver was created. Over the years, challenges such as unstable markets, the housing crisis and most recently covid, we have continued to grow. With the steady growth we began searching for additional cabinet makers building with the same quality and standards.

We now work with multiple shops located throughout the Midwestern United States. It’s important to point out that many shops rely on the specific skill of other neighboring shops to support the whole community. The goal is to expedite the process and provide the components needed in the finished product. Many carpenters in these community are members of the Amish Church, not all of them are. With a goal of inclusivity, and to be respectful in our language, we have recently changed our name to “ACODenver Custom Cabinetry” Over the years we have refined our process and continue to work with many of the same family-owned cabinet makers.

Our design center located in the Northwest corner of Denver, in the Northfield area. Many of our appointments are done virtually and our design center is open by appointment only for the purpose of selecting finishes and understanding the products we offer. We look forward to hearing from you and hope to explore the option of custom cabinetry in your home.
