Andrea began her professional journey at 16 years old in Houston, Texas. Working for her father’s Amish furniture store, she quickly took to sales and enjoyed the active nature of meeting people and uncovering their specific needs. In the late 90’s, while finishing high school, Andrea began working on CAD software and became more familiar with the emerging technical side of design. As a wanderer with a passion for exploring; she moved to Colorado and became a UNC graduate of the Montfort School of Business. Andrea founded ACODenver nearly 17 years ago with a vision to create more than just functional, custom kitchens, but an atmosphere that encourages creative collaboration between the homeowner, designer, and the highly skilled carpenters. As a mother to 3, Andrea prioritizes the time spent with her children, along with a close connection to nature. When she is not working, you are most likely to find her outdoors enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscape.
